Residential Property Sales

The Town of Duck Lake has residential lots for sale in serveral areas of town.  Single lots measure 33' x 122' and double lots 66 x 122'.

Lots sell for $35 per frontage foot, plus GST.  Upon purchase agreement a 10% deposit shall be required, with balance to be paid within 6 months. 

Purchaser is responsible for costs of surveys, permits, and land transfer.  Construction must be completed within two years.
