The Duck Lake Emergency Plan was compiled with the Regional Emergency Measures Co-ordinator utilizing resources in the district communitites.

The Town of Duck Lake is protected by a volunteer fire department consisting of 15 members who are dispatched

via pagers alerted by 911.

R.C.M.P. and ambulance services are located in Rosthern, 18 km to the south.
