Meat Raffle Winner (June 11th 2013) - Winner of the tenth draw in the Firefighter meat raffle is Joann Epp. Congratulations.
Mayor Awarded Medal (February 14th 2013) - Mayor Denis Poirier has been awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubillee Medal by the Federation of Canadian Municipalities in honour of his contributions to his community and to Canada. Denis has been involved in the community since the 70's as a teacher, in the church, with the Lions and Legion , through sports and with his cooking skills. Denis has also been on Town Council for 28 years, as Mayor for the last three. His commitment to the community has merited him this prestigious award. Congratulations.

Murals Restoration(February 14th 2013) - The Town of Duck Lake is seeking individuals to sit on the Murals Board. The Board is looking at restoring the murals that are in need of upkeep. Interested persons may contact the Town Office at 306-467-2277.

Duck Lake Cookbook() - The Duck Lake RIC cookbook " Memories Made in the Kitchen" is now available. The contributors to the book share recipes as well as history. Copies are available for $17.00 at the Town Office and RIC. Call 306- 467-2057 for more information.
